Equivalent quote scope

Breathing strips for snoring quote checklist

Define the requested product, pack, quantity, destination, evidence, and delivery basis before comparing commercial figures. This checklist records questions; it does not claim inventory, suitability, or a health result.

Before outreach

Build the RFQ in four numbered passes

  1. Define the configuration

Choose the requested external nasal-strip, mouth-strip, or other strip format and intended business channel. State whether alternatives may be proposed. Do not rely on a product-family name alone to establish construction or suitability.

  2. Specify measurable attributes

List dimensions or size range, substrate, skin-contact adhesive questions, vented or solid construction, wear instructions, warnings, individual pouch, retail pack, and label or artwork expectations. Mark unknowns for supplier response.

  3. Quantify the order

State quantity by variant and unit, pieces per pack, packs per case, sample quantity, US destination, requested timing, target currency, and preferred delivery basis. Identify whether an optional budget is per unit or for the complete order.

  4. Document the review

Name the label, instruction, test, manufacturing, packaging, or other exact-product files requested. Assign who will review them and keep claim wording, substitutions, exclusions, and unanswered questions open until approved.

Decision record

Trace what is known, requested, confirmed, and approved

  1. Record buyer inputs

Preserve the buyer's wording for the product, intended use, format, specifications, quantity, pack, destination, timing, budget basis, supplier preference, sample questions, and required files. A supplier preference such as high-end, mid-range, budget, or undecided is a buyer tradeoff—not a verified rating.

  2. Check references carefully

Public product-family material can help frame dimensions, construction, packaging, or instruction questions. Keep the URL and its limited purpose visible. Do not transfer a third party's claims, documents, availability, or authorization to this service or a proposed factory model.

  3. Request exact confirmation

Ask each candidate to return its proposed specification, pack count, MOQ, quantity basis, currency, price components, timing assumption, delivery terms, samples, exact-product files, alternatives, and exclusions. Mark blanks as unresolved.

  4. Approve the revision

Compare only aligned quotation lines. Record any substitution and its commercial effect, then route health claims, labeling, testing, or market questions to the appropriate qualified party. The buyer makes the final supplier and purchase decision.
