What we coordinate and what the buyer decides

We create a common request format so candidate suppliers answer the same commercial and product questions. The service can organize outreach, response tracking, sample questions, comparison notes, and open-item follow-up. The buyer retains control of the requirement and does not have to begin with an existing supplier quote.

  • Product and specification: the buyer identifies intended use and target format; the proposed supplier confirms dimensions, construction, material, adhesive, pack configuration, instructions, warnings, and alternatives for its exact offer.
  • Quantity and destination: the buyer states the number of pieces, packs, cases, or sets by variant plus the US destination; the supplier states MOQ, unit basis, currency, timing assumptions, and delivery terms.
  • Files and approval: requested label, artwork, instructions, sample, test, or other documents are tied to the offered model. The buyer and qualified advisers decide whether the evidence and wording are acceptable.
